1. Does Helping Hands deliver in my area?

We deliver to the following areas of Bangkok:

Sukhumvit Lower (expressway to Asok); Sukhumvit Middle (Asok to Ekamai); Sukhumvit Upper (Ekamai to On Nut); Ploenchit Area (Ruam Rudee/Wittayu); Lang Suan/Chitlom; Sathorn/Yenakart/Silom

Bang Na, Ari/Pholyothin/Lad Prao/Huay Kwang and other parts of the city will be available only with a minimum of 5 members in the delivery area.

2. What hours do you deliver? Can I change my delivery time?

You can usually expect your shopping to be delivered by 12pm the following delivery day (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri). If an additional order is requested or an alternate time frame is required, contact customer service via email at or call 02-6714532 (Anji or Kook) to see if special arrangements can be made.

3. What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are start at 200THB per delivery.

4. How do you deliver?

Once you've placed your order, our team of Personal Shoppers will handpick your market essentials and then arrange delivery of your groceries to your home or office where you or a designee will need to sign a delivery note and accept your shopping. If it is more convenient for you, we can deliver the groceries straight to your kitchen-- just ask when your order arrives.

5. Who can accept a delivery?

Anyone over the age of 18 may sign for deliveries. If you know that you will not be home when the order is expected, please ask a maid or guard to be available to accept the delivery for you. Simply place your estimated order total in the envelopes provided by Helping Hands to leave your payment with your housekeeper or a guard and then given to the delivery man in exchange for your goods and invoice.

6. What happens if I am not in?

For your safety, your Helping Hands Customer Service Representative will not leave goods unattended. If a delivery cannot be made because you were not home during your scheduled delivery time, we will attempt to contact you. If you believe you may have missed your delivery, call 02-6714532 (Anji or Kook)

7. What is the returns policy?

If there's a problem with anything in your order, simply give it to your driver or call us. A credit for any items that you send back with the driver, or items that we pick up from you, can either be reimbursed immediately or applied to your next order. Your credit will be valid for use one year from the date of issue.

8. What if my delivery is late?

We try our best to let you know of any delay as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are occasionally delays beyond our control. Rest assured that your order is of the utmost importance to us and we will inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible. In this event you will receive a call from your Helping Hands team member to inform you about the late delivery.

9. Who will deliver my groceries?

Our reliable, trained Customer Service Representatives will bring your groceries to your front door. Click on the link under Important Links to meet the Helping Hands team.

10. How do you keep my product fresh?

The freshest produce is purchased from the market early in the morning before the sun rises, and the heat sets in. Deliveries take place immediately after being sorted for delivery. Our insulated foil packs are to ensure your order is kept as fresh as possible while en route to you. Please give this back with your next order.

11. What should I do if I receive damaged items?

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can return it to your Customer Service Representative during your delivery. If the Customer Service Representative has left, call 02-6714532 (Anji or Kook)or e-mail and a representative will arrange to credit your account for these items. Credit for any returned items will either be deducted immediately from your receipt or applied to your next order.

12. What should I do if any items are missing from my order?

If an item you have ordered appears to be missing from your delivery, you may be entitled to receive a credit. Please have your Invoice handy when you contact us.

13. What happens if I am not happy with my order once it is delivered?

14. Should I tip the delivery driver?

Tipping is Optional. It's entirely up to you. It is not expected but always appreciated.
